TCS and Swissport extend five-year partnership to scale AI-driven operational transformation

Indian IT services firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Swiss aviation services provider Swissport International Limited have extended and expanded their decade-long partnership by five years, with a renewed focus on AI-led digital transformation and operational excellence across Swissport's global ground operations network spanning 300 airports in 45 countries.
Business Standard reported that under the expanded agreement, TCS will drive the continued modernisation of Swissport's technology landscape, scaling AI-enabled services, data platforms, and hybrid cloud operations across mission-critical ground handling activities.
Over the course of the existing partnership, TCS and Swissport have delivered measurable improvements in service stability, operational efficiency, and time-to-market through data integration, automation, and user-centric design.
Swissport recognised TCS as its Innovation Partner of the Year 2025, acknowledging its contribution to advancing operational intelligence and co-creating next-generation digital capabilities across global operations.
