T-Mobile USA extends Amdocs partnership to accelerate operational transformation

T-Mobile USA, a US-based telecommunications provider, has entered into a strategic multi-year agreement with Amdocs, a Missouri-headquartered software and services provider to communications and media companies, to support continued growth and operational excellence according to an Access Newswire report.

The new agreement extends the long-standing strategic collaboration between the companies. Under the agreement, T-Mobile and Amdocs will collaborate to support T-Mobile's growth strategy and business objectives. Amdocs will continue to support T-Mobile's consumer and business domains, including implementation of generative AI technology where applicable.

As part of the agreement, Amdocs will be leveraged to support integration activities related to common systems. The partnership encompasses managed services, software development and AI innovation initiatives designed to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
