BM Caterers strengthens operations team to support service delivery growth

BM Caterers has appointed two senior operations leaders as part of its strategy to enhance delivery performance and support continued business expansion across the UK. The hires reflect a broader operational focus within the hospitality and catering sector on workforce capability, service consistency and structured operational planning to maintain standards across multi-site environments.
Hospitality and Catering News reported that Rhiannon Read has been appointed operations director, while Lee Jures joins as operations manager. Both will oversee operational planning processes aimed at improving service consistency, client delivery and performance management across BM Caterers’ workplace catering portfolio.
Read brings more than 14 years of leadership experience in catering and hospitality operations, including senior roles at The Good Eating Company, Two Hands Food Group and Lexington Catering at London Business School. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening operational consistency and enhancing service delivery across client sites.
Jures joins from Restaurant Associates, where he held roles including project manager and UK account director. His previous experience also includes senior operational positions at Sodexo and Aramark, with responsibility for multi-site service delivery, client engagement and operational improvement programmes.
Read said she was joining at a pivotal stage of BM Caterers’ growth and would focus on improving consistency while enhancing the client experience. Jures highlighted the company’s client-first culture and commitment to quality as key factors in his decision to join.
Angus Brydon, managing director of BM Caterers, said the appointments bring strong leadership capability and sector expertise at a time of continued growth for the business. He noted that strengthening operational leadership was central to maintaining service quality across expanding client operations.
