Northern Ireland-headquartered contractor GRAHAM has opened a new Dublin office at Northwood Business Park in Santry, representing an investment of more than €400,000 (approximately £350,000) and creating over 40 jobs, as the firm expands its Civil Engineering Division's operational capacity in the Irish capital.
The Newsletter reported that the 2,500 sq ft office will serve as a hub for GRAHAM's national operations in Ireland, with roles spanning project and utilities management, site agents, engineers, surveyors, and environmental sustainability specialists, alongside administrative and site support functions.
The expansion builds on GRAHAM's existing presence in Santry and is designed to strengthen engagement with local stakeholders, partners, and communities while supporting the delivery of built environment projects across Dublin and the wider national market.
Stephen Hill, managing director at GRAHAM, said: "As our operations continue to grow, the new office will enable the creation of additional local jobs and allow us to work even closer with stakeholders, partners, and local communities as we continue to shape and enhance Dublin's built environment."
Hill added that the expansion positions GRAHAM to meet rising demand for high-quality infrastructure across the capital.
GRAHAM's Dublin track record includes the Samuel Beckett Bridge, a €40 million signature structure serving as a maritime gateway for Dublin's Docklands, and the multi-award-winning Rosie Hackett Bridge.
Most recently, the company was awarded the Ballymun/Finglas to Dublin City Centre Scheme in December 2025 as part of BusConnects, introducing 22km of dedicated bus lanes alongside more than 20km of cycling lanes and upgraded footpaths, with construction commencing in 2026.
