Dicker Data launches Solution ConX marketplace to reduce partner delivery complexity and expand capabilities

Australian IT distributor Dicker Data has launched Solution ConX, a structured partner-to-partner marketplace enabling resellers to move beyond licensing-only engagements and access specialist delivery capabilities across the Microsoft cloud technology stack, without increasing internal operational complexity.
ARN reported that the platform provides a governed route to market for advanced partners with specialised service offerings, allowing them to promote solutions to Dicker Data's Australia and New Zealand partner community of 12,500 resellers while the primary partner retains the customer relationship and cloud service provider licensing.
Initial offerings available on the platform include AVD Ninja, an end-to-end Azure Virtual Desktop solution, SureDeploy, an automated endpoint deployment and management solution built on Microsoft Intune, and fixed-price Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations under the Advantage Partner Program.
Ben Johnson, general manager of marketing and strategy at Dicker Data A/NZ, said the platform connects resellers with specialist partners across Microsoft priority solution areas including Azure, security, AI, Copilot, modern work, data, and business applications, enabling partners to expand their solution portfolio while keeping operational complexity low.
Johnson said the Australian and New Zealand ecosystem has evolved from a margin-based model to one where managed service providers must demonstrate measurable value, adding that many partners have strong client relationships and customer trust but lack the specialist technical capability to deliver certain outcomes independently.
The platform was developed with support from Microsoft following a pilot with a select group of partners, which yielded positive results. Dicker Data plans to extend Solution ConX to New Zealand partners following the initial Australian rollout.
