Munich-based Plan.Net Group, part of the Serviceplan Group, has launched Plan.Net Agentic AI, an independent business unit designed to help international enterprise clients transform their marketing organisations through AI strategy, implementation, and operations, as reported by Little Black Book.

The unit is led by managing directors Hadi Lotfi and Konrad Schreiber, who are jointly responsible for its strategic and operational development. Schreiber joins from Deloitte, where he served as director of artificial intelligence and data, having previously held the role of deputy head of data and AI at MaibornWolff.

The unit currently employs around 40 people and is already managing group-wide AI rollouts across the banking, FMCG, and automotive sectors in multiple markets.

Christian Schmitz, CEO of the Plan.Net Group, said: "AI tools are already being used in many companies. Today's challenge lies elsewhere: what is missing are robust processes, clear responsibilities, and a scalable setup. Making AI effective across the entire marketing value chain is exactly where Plan.Net Agentic AI comes in. We are creating an offering that does not aim at isolated efficiency gains but at comprehensive marketing transformation."

The unit's offering spans the development of AI-ready operating models, the design and implementation of agentic architectures, deployment of agent-based systems, and AI-powered production and marketing intelligence solutions. Its aim is to move enterprise clients from isolated AI pilots to scalable, integrated processes with data-driven decision-making embedded across operational marketing workflows.

Lotfi said the unit is creating the foundation for an end-to-end operating model and designing agentic architecture in which AI functions reliably and can be managed effectively, enabling orchestration of end-to-end marketing transformation while combining innovation, operational excellence, and compliance.

Schreiber said AI only creates value at the intersection where domain expertise meets technology and people meet machines, adding that the unit embeds AI into a client's data, processes, and architecture rather than building it alongside the company, turning agentic solutions into scalable business models that transform marketing end-to-end.

Plan.Net Agentic AI sits within the Serviceplan Group's House of AI framework, which connects AI tools, specialised agents, and data-driven services across the marketing value chain. While the group's existing AI offerings address standardised applications for smaller and mid-sized clients, the new unit is dedicated exclusively to international enterprise clients with complex, customised transformation requirements.
