US temporary power solutions provider CES Power has completed the acquisition of three Ireland-based businesses, GH Energy Rental Ltd, Event Power, and Purecore, significantly expanding its operational capacity and fleet infrastructure across the UK and Ireland, and positioning the company as the largest temporary power provider across both markets.
Event Industry News reported that the three acquisitions add two Dublin-based operations and one in Portlaoise to CES Power's growing European network, with all existing staff joining CES Power as part of the transaction, strengthening in-market expertise and on-the-ground operational delivery capability.
The combined fleets will substantially enhance CES Power's existing inventory of generators, lighting towers, transformers, distribution boards, cabling infrastructure, and specialist power management systems, increasing capacity to deliver complex, multi-site projects across events and industrial sectors.
GH Energy Rental Ltd, Event Power, and Purecore bring decades of sector expertise in temporary power generation and distribution for live events, broadcast, and industrial projects, including critical engineering support and specialist power solutions.
Ailsa Webb, division president UK/Europe of CES Power, said: "GH Energy Rental Ltd, Event Power and Purecore have built strong reputations and long-standing customer relationships. Their technical expertise, high-quality equipment and experienced teams align closely with our strategy to deliver reliable, engineering-led temporary power solutions at scale."
Webb added that the decision for the founders to remain in leadership roles ensures continuity for customers while enabling efficient operational integration, capacity expansion, and further growth.
Jordan Reber, CEO of CES Power, said the acquisitions strengthen the company's presence in Ireland, enhance its ability to support customers working across borders, and reinforce its position as a leading global temporary power partner.
