OneDigital promotes executives to accelerate operational excellence and growth

Insurance, financial services, and HR consulting firm OneDigital based at Atlanta in the United States has promoted Bill Carew to President and Camry Blaising to Chief Operating Officer.
These leadership moves strengthen the company’s operational capabilities, integrate business lines, and support scalable growth across insurance, HR, and financial services operations.
Effective immediately, Bill Carew assumes the role of President, reporting to Adam Bruckman, Chairman and CEO. Carew, who joined OneDigital through the acquisition of Ovation Benefits in 2013, has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s capabilities and national footprint.
As COO since 2019, he led strategic alignment across multiple business lines to ensure seamless delivery of client services. In his new role, Carew will oversee regional operations and platform-level businesses, with a focus on scale, performance, and client impact.
Camry Blaising has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Carew. Blaising joined OneDigital in 2019 via the acquisition of Northwestern Benefit, where she served as COO.
She has been instrumental in enhancing operational capabilities, strengthening national practices, and supporting scalable growth. As COO, Blaising will continue to oversee day-to-day operations while leading OneDigital’s national practices, Centers of Excellence, and corporate operations functions.
