Irish accessibility technology company Mobility Mojo has scaled its platform to assess over 1,500 buildings, reaching more than one million employees across more than 30 countries.

The Dublin-based firm reported a 63% rise in annual revenue, reflecting strong global demand for workplace accessibility solutions.

“Accessibility has shifted from being a ‘nice to have’ to a global business priority,” said Stephen Cluskey, chief executive and co-founder. The company’s platform replaces traditional paper-based audits with a standardised, data-driven approach, reducing costs and improving consistency in operational processes.

The growth is driven in part by the European Accessibility Act, which came into effect in June, requiring companies to ensure accessibility across digital products and services. While the legislation does not directly regulate physical spaces, businesses are increasingly expected to create inclusive environments for staff and customers. Mobility Mojo positions its technology as a bridge between compliance and practical implementation, providing benchmarks applicable across global portfolios.

In 2026, the company plans to double its building assessments to over 4,000 and expand its reach to 2.5 million employees. It is also investing in AI-powered reporting tools to deliver deeper insights and help organisations prioritise operational improvements efficiently.

The company aims to strengthen partnerships with consultants and ESG teams to embed accessibility into corporate sustainability strategies and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

“Every organisation should be able to make accessibility measurable, actionable and genuinely impactful,” Cluskey said, highlighting the platform’s focus on operational precision and measurable outcomes. Major clients include Accenture, UBS, Eli Lilly, Bayer, Diageo, Coca-Cola, and HubSpot.
