Fixify is set to create 50 new roles in Cork over the next 18 months as it launches its European Centre of Excellence, supporting development, customer success, and global operations.

The company is hiring IT Helpdesk Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.

CEO Matt Peters said: "The decision to establish our European base in Cork enables the company to tap into Ireland's exceptional talent and contribute to its thriving tech ecosystem as we scale automation and support that remains genuinely human worldwide."

On Cork, Peters added: "Cork is a city that brings together deep technical expertise, quality of life and community spirit, the conditions that make great work last."

The Director of Employee Experience and People Operations highlighted that the investment "is a strong vote of confidence in Ireland's technology talent and infrastructure." Caroline Coughlan noted Fixify will scale its presence while delivering value to customers across EMEA.

The project is supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland. Taoiseach Micheál Martin said it "demonstrates a deep commitment to the region and creates 50 high-tech jobs in an exciting and growing sector," adding: "I have no doubt that these highly skilled jobs in IT, software engineering and data analysis will be a further boost to the workforce in the region."

Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment Peter Buke described the investment as "a strong endorsement of Ireland’s position as a global leader in technology and innovation," noting Cork’s talent pool and support from UCC and MTU.

IDA Ireland CEO Michael Lohan said the decision "recognises the quality and depth of the South-West region’s talent pool, Ireland’s vibrant culture, and our pro-business environment," expressing eagerness to support Fixify’s growth.
