TruBridge, a US-based healthcare solutions company focused on EHR-agnostic Revenue Cycle Management solutions and acute care technology for community and rural hospitals, has launched its Global Capability Center in Chennai, India, powered by Zinnov according to a PR Newswire report.

The new centre represents a strategic development in TruBridge's global expansion, designed to scale operational excellence, advance healthcare technology innovation and strengthen financial outcomes for healthcare providers.

The Chennai facility will initially focus on TruBridge revenue cycle management capabilities across technology-enabled solutions, including comprehensive support for accounts receivable management, coding, consulting and related services.

The centre strengthens the company's capacity to deliver measurable financial outcomes at speed and scale, enabling healthcare providers to concentrate on patient care whilst operating under rigorous privacy, security and compliance standards that govern all company operations.

Merideth Wilson, Financial Health General Manager at TruBridge, described the Chennai investment as strategic for long-term capability development. "Building in Chennai is a strategic investment in long-term capability and talent depth. India's strong healthcare and technology ecosystem enables us to cultivate high-performing teams that drive innovation, operational rigour and continuous improvement across our global network," she said.

The Chennai centre launches with an initial workforce of 57 professionals, with plans to expand significantly over the next 12 to 18 months as capabilities grow across revenue cycle management operations and technology.

With a global workforce of 3,500 employees, TruBridge delivers a comprehensive portfolio of revenue cycle management software and services, spanning accounts receivable management, medical coding, staffing, electronic health records systems and healthcare information solutions.
