The organisation demonstrated exceptional capability in translating technology innovation into practical operational excellence. By deploying the Task platform across facilities management operations, Bidvest Noonan established systems delivering crystal-clear operational visibility, efficient process execution, and measurable client outcomes spanning cost savings, time efficiency, and environmental performance.
Judges commended the organisation's innovation approach. "The judges appreciated the clarity and professionalism of this submission, which presents innovation in operations with real impact," the panel stated. "The QR code linking to a video effectively demonstrated the system's capabilities, highlighting how Task delivers efficient processes and crystal-clear operational visibility. This is an excellent example of practical innovation communicated with precision and insight."
On facilities management excellence, judges noted: "This entrant showcased performance in facilities management with clear, evidence-driven impact. The submission highlighted measurable outcomes, including €302,624 in annual savings, 435 tonnes of CO₂ reduction at the National Aquatic Centre, and 8,100 hours saved at Bus Éireann. The Task platform exemplifies digital transformation at scale, supported by extensive adoption data and audits. The National Aquatic Centre smart building project stands out, delivering significant energy savings and rapid payback, demonstrating FM as a true value-creating function."
