Patrick Quinn has worked with Cheshire Ireland since October 2014. When he joined as a service manager in the Limerick Cheshire Services, he was then promoted to Regional Manager of the southern region and subsequently promoted to National Head of Operations in June of 2018. Prior to working in Cheshire, he has worked with the Brothers of Charity in Clare as a team leader.

Since his undergraduate degree of Health, Fitness and Science, he has done further studies and obtained a post graduate certificate in HSE Frontline Management from the University of Limerick, a NVQ level 8 in Working Positively with Behaviours that Challenge from the Institute of Technology, Limerick and most recently an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Limerick in 2020.

The focus of his work is to support Cheshire Ireland in their vision “to support people to live their best possible life”. As the Head of Operations, he aims to support their staff to work in line with the values of the organisation while always keeping the needs of their service users at the heart of everything they do.
